The Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE) Spring 2018 Faculty Satisfaction Survey

The Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE), administered by the Harvard Graduate School of Education, is a national survey designed to collect information from  faculty (tenured, pre-tenured, and professional track) on a range of issues identified as critical to their success, and to provide peer data to institutions to enhance their recruitment and retention efforts.   • Demographic Comparisons
    Summary report highlighting notable differences in ratings by tenure status, rank, gender, and race/ethnicity.
  • Benchmark Report
    Detailed report on results organized by COACHE benchmarks, including overall results, peer comparisons, trends, and comparisons by NC State demographic groups.
  • Summary of Results from NC State Campus=Specific Questions
    Highlights of results from the 15 campus-specific questions included in the COACHE survey that were only asked of NC State faculty, including overall results, and comparisons by demographic groups.
